Project Check-in Meetings: Public Works staff and evaluation consultants are in the process of scheduling fall check-in meetings with all CaMSP projects in September to November. This scheduling is being coordinated by your lead local evaluator who will contact project directors regarding a date and time. These meetings will be a chance for the project director and other partners to review the findings from the local evaluation report, update the local evaluation plan for 2016-17, check in regarding the APR and scheduling the last post-teacher content assessment date. If you have questions regarding these meetings, please contact your lead local evaluator or This email address is being protected from spambots. Annual Performance Report (APR) due October 15, 2016: September and October is the time to block to make sure that the federal Annual Performance Report (APR) is completed. The CDE STEM Office has prepared a handout with guidance regarding what the project monitor reviews in each project’s APR. In addition, Public Works has uploaded information regarding the sections of the APR completed by Public Works that relate to the local evaluation. As the project’s local evaluator, Public Works completes the sections of the APR related to local evaluation and prepares the local evaluation report for the project’s review and approval prior to attachment to the APR.

Any questions regarding the completion of these sections (VII, VIII and IX) may be directed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. of Public Works.
